We are really excited to be one of the few select retailers to stock this new gin that is made in Christchurch, Dorset. The gin has just won double gold at the San Francisco spirit competition, which having only just launched is quite an achievement!
Pothecary gin was created by Lukasz Dwornik and Martin Jennings who both have years of experience in the food and drinks industry. There aim is to produce a top quality gin from organic and mainly foraged botanicals. Each of these unique botanicals are distilled separately and then blended to create this unique distinctly aromatic gin.
The botanicals are sourced from the best locations across Europe to insure they are only using the highest quality available. They include; Wild foraged juniper from Bulgaria, organic Lavender from Provence, organic lemon peel from Sicily and wild foraged Tilia flowers from Poland.
Garnish with a mix of lemon and lime and a sprig of lemon or orange thyme and quality tonic such as fever tree.
