I am about to embark on a 2 week trade and press tour of Australia, courtesy of wines of Australia. Whilst I am out there I am hoping to update this blog as much as possible about my experience.

I will be exploring the world of wine that Australia has to offer across its regions, from Hunter Valley and Barossa to Clare Valley and Margaret River and more! Australia is such a huge country often treated as one in regards to buying wine “…I’d like an Australian Shiraz please….” however I am hoping to gain a better insight into the regional differences, grape varieties and winemaking techniques that set each region apart from each other. I am also hoping to unearth some hidden gems!
