Winemaker Xavier owns 22 hectares of vineyards and this Sauvignon Blanc is grown on a rocky, sloping single vineyard. It has refreshing lemon sherbet notes as well as a touch of passionfruit. The finish is mineral and this is the perfect wine for an aperitif or pair to simple grilled fish.
