The Walt Riesling is from Pfalz, an area in Germany, just over the border from Alsace, sharing a similar spicy touch. This an elegant, off-dry, fruity Riesling. Lovely pear and white peach with a refreshing apple crispness. Pair with aromatic Asian food.
