Description
The Chin Chin Vinho Verde by Quinta do Ermizio is a dry fresh fun interpretation of the classic Vinho Verde blend.
Made from a blend of Arinto and Louriera grapes. The grapes are pressed fermented using native yeasts in stainless steel barrels. They use CO2 throughout to keep the wine as fresh as possible. Unfined and unfilted with a small amount of CO2 left in the bottle for spritz.
Tasting Note
Bright notes of pear & nectarine are balanced by its coastal salinity & slight spritz.
