Paringa Estate was founded in 1984 by Lindsay McCall, with the first vintage being in 1988. Vineyards are located in the cool climate sub region of Red Hill at an altitude of 146 metres above sea level. The Paringa Estate Pinot Gris has bright notes of fresh cut pear and apple. It is refreshing on the palate with beautiful texture and a crisp, dry finish. Pair with fresh seafood or charcuterie.
