This wonderful Chardonnay from Paringa Estate in Victoria’s beautiful Mornington Peninsula with the fruit sourced from the four estate managed vineyards within the Red Hill sub-region. The Estate is one of the most highly awarded boutique wineries in Australia and they create wines with a homage to Burgundy. The hallmark of Mornington Peninsula Chardonnay is the fresh grapefruit acidity that is abundant in this wine, and this highlights the subtle nuances of vanilla and ripe peach. The extended finish has noticeable minerality adding to the complex finish.
Pair to roast turbot with hollandaise sauce or dover sole with lemon butter.
