La Maceration du Soula is a blend of of 76% Vermentino and 24% Macabeu – this small production, skin contact ‘orange wine’ has amazing complexity and is a really exciting wine to drink for those who want to try something different. It is a blend of several vintages back to 2014. Floral notes such as orange blossom, apricots and herbal notes on the nose and the finish is long.
Try with charcuterie or soft cheese.
