Description
A stunning Pouilly Fumé from this young winemaker (son of the late Didier Dageneau) who is practicing organic viticulture in the Loire. All of his wines show the effort in the vineyard, the wines have beautifully pure fruit and a bright acidity and minerality.
This wine is from a single parcel and is aged for one year in subterranean tank on its fine lees.
