Description
The Jean Perrier et Fils Cuvee Gastronomie, is the perfect wine to go with cheese, particularly a Fondue! The cru village of Abymes is in the shadow of the Alps and produces wines of crisp acidity. Jean Perrier extracts as much flavour as possible from the grapes by a long fermentation and ageing on lees in steel.
Tasting Note
A subtle nose of pears and citrus. The wine is medium bodied, showing notes of citrus, flowers, and minerals throughout the palate and finish. Pair with fondue and raclette or white meat.
