Description
Gran Cerdo is the run by Gonzalo Grijalba, with the aim of translating the terroir of his family vineyards into wine. Gran Cerdo is all about the purest expression of fruit with whole bunch fermentation, no filtration, no stabilization and minimal sulphur.
Tasting Note
The Gran Cerdo Blanco is a blend of 95% Viura, combined with a 5% field blend of grape varieties including Muscat, Tempranillo Blanco, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc & Verdejo. Fresh, with good acidity and exciting aromatics.
