Foradori is based next to the Dolomites in North East Italy. Elisabetta Foradori’s vineyards are biodynamically tended. This Cuvée is 100% Nosiola grown on two vineyards, this grape variety is native to Trentino. The wine spends 8 months of maceration in amphora, this is an ancient method of producing wine. Only 8,000 bottles are produced annually.
