Feudi di San Gregorio has carved out a reputation for making truly world-class wines focussing on unlocking the potential of key indigenous grape varieties such as Fiano, Greco, Falanghina and Aglianico. The beautiful vineyards are spread out over the gentle hills about an hour from Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Soils are volcanic, sandstone and marl. This Fiano di Avellino has delicate floral, yellow peach and candied orange aromas that leads to a lovely purity of lime and citrus fruit on the palate. Soft but with freshness and a vibrant, spicy finish.
