Description
The Felicette Grenache Blanc is predominantly Grenache Blanc with a touch of Viognier (15%). The wine is settled on its fine lees whilst chilled, which adds texture to the wine but stops malolactic fermentation occurring.
Tasting Note
A super fresh white for Summer, on the nose, exotic fruits and citrus with a hint of peach and nectarine. In the mouth it is well balanced with a mix of minerality and exotic notes. A perfect match to salads, shellfish, grilled white fish or white meat in a creamy sauce.
