Description
Half of this wine is aged in oak and half is not, giving lovely layers of complexity ranging from crisp minerality to spicy hazelnut butter. There is also plenty of fruit, peaches and nectarines, to go with a delightful acacia flower note. This is fantastic with shellfish risotto, veal cutlets or goats cheese.
