Description
The Domaine du Moulin Camus is based in Vallet, a small town to the West of Nantes within the Loire region. This wine is the signature style of the region with some lees ageing giving the wine a soft texture with notes of pear, apple and citrus. It also has good acidity and a mineral background making it a good pairing with fresh seafood.
