Description
Situated on the hillside over looking Lake Geneva, the winery dates back to the 13th Century. The property was originally an old fortress storing salt. The vineyard is now run by Yves and Antoine Mestral – they follow responsible farming ‘vitiswiss’ (harmony with nature and withdrawal of herbicides)
Chasselas is Switzerland’s signature white grape and has aromas of lemon, cream, flint, chamomile, pear and butter.
Pair to cheese and freshwater fish.
