Chateau Peyreblanque Blanc is based around a vineyard located on the highest plateau in the commune of Budos in Graves. The property is an enclosed vineyard of 8 hectares. Unusually for the region the vineyard is planted with 80% Muscadelle and 20% Sauvignon Gris, rather then the white Bordeaux stalwarts of Semilion and Sauvignon Blanc. After fermentation the wine spends 6 months in old oak before release.
Rich stone fruit sit on a bed of minerality. The wine has good depth and acidity making it able to stand up to rich dishes.
