Description
The Chateau de Poncie Beaujolais Blanc is 100% Chardonnay from a 2.2 hectare plot. The wine is hand harvested and carefully sorted before traditional vinification in stainless steel. The wine is then put into weathered oak barrels for 7-8 months. Aromas of yellow peach and white acacia flowers with a hint of toasted bread. Rich and full in the mouth with a fresh finish leading towards hints of apricot and fresh butter.
Pair to white meats with a mushroom sauce, fish terrine or seafood gratin.
