Description
The Charlie Herring ‘A Fermament’ is the latest release by cult English natural winemaker Tim Phillips. Made from Sauvignon Blanc, the wine spent 3 months on its skins before 14 months in barrel then returning to tank. Bottled in September 2019, it was released in July 2020.
