Cellier Des Cray is run by winemaker Adrien Berlioz. A native to the Savoie region, since 2006 he has pieced together a small estate (4.5 ha) scattered over a collection of 13 plots, all located in Chignin. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2012. In the winery fermentation is done with wild yeasts and a minimal amount of sulphur is used. Chignin-Bergeron is the only cru in Savoie where Roussanne is grown, known locally as Bergeron. The grape produces wines richer than other Savoie whites made from Altesse and Jacquere.
