Description
Owner Paulo Calatayud pays meticulous care in his vineyards and winery, resulting in the purest of wines that have very low additions of SO2 or other additions. The Celler del Roure ‘Cullerot’ is an intriguing white wine, it is a blend of grapes from PX, Macabeo, Chardonnay, Verdil, Tortosina and others all aged in clay amphorae. The wine has complex notes of tangerine, melon and mouthwatering citrus. The finish is long and creamy.
