Description
The grape variety Xarel-Lo is a Mediterranean variety, most associated with Cava. This still wine from Penedes (South of Barcelona) is aged on the lees, with no added sulphites. At Celler Credo they see themselves as defenders of bio (life) and dynamics (movement). This is a wine that is full of life with notes of fennel, lemony citrus and the wine has a lovely texture in the mouth.
