Description
Founded in 1893 the Cantina Terlano winery is now one of the leading wine growers’ cooperatives in South Tyrol. Current membership is 143 growers working a total of 190 hectares. A special feature of Terlano is the small-plot structure of the vineyards. Steep sites and manual work insure the great potential of the sites.
This Classic Pinot Bianco has crisp notes of pear, mingling with aromas of raspberry and lime, plus a touch of lemongrass and camomile. The palate has pear and quince along with a salty minerality.
Great with canapés, smoked salmon, tuna carpaccio. It also would be a lovely partner to carbonara, scallops au gratin and many seafood dishes.
