Description
Zibibbo is an ancient, aromatic white grape from the Muscat family and grown in the Med and South Australia. Hand-picked and wild ferment this wine sees skin contact making the wine fruit by it is also bone dry. A natural FLOR layer of yeast like on dry sherry forms to cover and protect the wine. The wine is the bottled unfiltered and unfined and therefore is slightly cloudy. It has wonderful notes of stone fruit, particularly apricot, honey, lime, and herbal notes. A wine to sip and enjoy over tapas or pair to Asian food.
