Description
Owner and winemaker Rosalia Molina makes organic wines in one of Spain’s highest altitude wineries. Her mission is to make wines that express the typicity of DO Manchuela. This wine is made as naturally as possible and fermented spontaneously on skins in 1000 litre amphora to maximise the potential of the grapes. No sulphur is added to this wine.
This is a great entry level orange wine that is a pale orange/pink colour. It has elegant, sweet aromas of stone fruits, along with mineral and anise notes, apricot and mirabelle plum. Full and rounded on the palate but also elegant and lively – each sip an explosion of flavours. Great with tapas, baked fish or sushi.
