Jean Charles Mathieu and Anthony Aubert met in high school and hit it off immediately. A few years later, having both spent time away in their respective jobs, they met for a drink to catch up and see how each other’s lives were progressing. They soon realised that they shared an ambition: to make wine their own way.
This Chardonnay from Limoux has notes of butterscotch and ripe apple notes – it has a lovely mouthfeel and is a great match to food. Pair to roast poultry, richer fish dishes and curries.
