Description
The Alheit Cartology is one of the top South African white wines. Made from a blend of 93% Chenin Blanc and 7% Semillon, with grapes sourced from unique plots of mature dryland bushvines. The nose is complex and shows ripe stone and orchard fruit such as quince and apple. There is also a line of lime/citrus. Full bodied but elegantly made. This can be drunk now or cellared further.
