This high quality Cream is made from a 6 year old Oloroso blended with 20% Pedro Ximenez.
Rich amber colour, amazingly complex with a light Christmas pudding nose of dried fruits, nuts and a well flambeed crust. Rich concentrated flavours are softened by sweetness which bring it together in a superbly balanced way.
Pair to Christmas cake or Christmas pudding style desserts.
