This sweet wine has an attractive nose, with lifted yellow fruits and more golden, tropical elements such as mango, guava and pineapple. The wine is topical but fresh on the palate, with a steely minerality and zippy background. Rounded and approachable is has good length.
Perfect match for rich starters like foie gras or sweetbreads but will also be great with fruit based desserts or cheese.
