Description
The Somerset Cider Brandy Company revived the tradition of producing cider brandy by obtaining the UK’s first commercial license in 1989. This cider spirit was distilled entirely from vintage cider apples grown in traditional Somerset orchards. It has been matured for three years in small oak casks.
Tasting Note
Fresh apple notes on the nose leads onto a floral, spicy palate. Serve chilled as an aperitif.
