Pour straight from the freezer into a chilled glass with one or two drops of Angostura Bitters for a Pink Grapefruit Pink Gin, or one or two drops of Sacred English Dry Vermouth for a Pink Grapefruit Martini, and garnish each with a pared lemon zest.
