Description
To support the Springbank distillery we have paired up the latest release of Longrow Red with their excellent core range peated whisky. This Longrow Red release spent 10 years in bourbon and sherry barrels before 3 years in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Chilean producer Mont Gras’ Intriga Estate. It was bottled at 51.6% and just 9000 bottles were produced. The core range peated whisky was produced from a malt that was peat dried for 48 hours to give the whisky a unique Campbeltown-style smoky character. Bottled at 46%, unfined and unfiltered.
