This special twin pack celebrates the Longrow label by the Springbank Distillery in Campbeltown. Longrow was established in 1973 to show that peated whiskys could be made on the mainland, it combines the saline elements of Campbeltown with a rich peaty character produced by drying their barley with 100% peat.
Longrow Red 11yo, Pinot Noir Cask Matured, 53.1%| 2019 Release
The Longrow Red 11yo spent the first eight years in bourbon casks then three years in refill Pinot Noir Barriques from New Zealand. This is one of the most popular bottlings in the Springbank range and incredibly rare with just 9000 bottles made.
Longrow 18YO 46% | 2018 Release
The whisky is matured in two barrel types, 75% in sherry casks and 25% in bourbon casks. Only 4,800 bottles of the complex single malt are produced each year, bottled at 46% ABV.
