Description
The Michel Gonet Champagne ‘Les 3 Terroirs’ is made from a blend of Chardonnay from 3 areas within Champagne: Mesnil sur Oger, Vindey and Montgueux. After fermentation the wine undergoes secondary fermentation and aging on its lees for 6 years. This is a complex beautifully classic chardonnay, blended to perfection and expressing the distinct qualities of the terroir from where its grapes came from. It has lively acidulous fruit aromas, racy but with body, and a beautiful mineral purity.
