Tenuta di Tavignano is a family run estate in the heart of the Marche region. Verdicchio is their main focus and majority of their production but they also grow small portions of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. All the vines are in organic conversion since 2015 and this particular wine has no filtration and no added sulphur. This lightly sparkling, cloudy Verdicchio is made by the ancestral method (one fermentation in the bottle and crown capped to trap the natural CO2 to contain the fizz). This is a fun and fruity fizz that will be the perfect refresher during the coming Summer months!
