Description
The Cottonworth Sparkling Rosé is one of two cuveés produced by this small North Hampshire winery. They have 10 acres of vineyards based in the Test Valley, equidistant between Stockbridge and Andover. This Cuveé is a blend of Pinot Meunier (48%), Pinot Noir (47%) & Pinot Precoce (5%). Pinot Precoce an earlier ripening Pinot mutation.
Tasting Note
Fresh summer fruits are backed by zesty acidity, with hints of vanilla and a creamy body.
