Description
Special Cuvée is the result of the delicate blending between harvest grapes and reserve wines, part of which have been aged in magnums for 5-15 years. 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. Over 85% are Grand and Premier Cru. A complex nose of ripe fruit, roasted apples, apple compote and peach. A great match to seafood, poultry or cured ham.
