Carlos Sumarroca produces some wonderful Cava’s. He practices sustainable farming, only using free run juice – this fizz is certified organic from the best grapes grown on the Estate in Penedes.
A great choice for those who love Champagne – this is made in the same way but made from mainly Xarel-lo, Macabeo. It is rich and full, complex and toasty. Fresh and fruity on the palate with fine bubbles.
