Description
The Robert family have been making Champagne since 1881. Their vineyards are in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs sub-region which is so called because of the omnipresence of Chardonnay.
Revealing notions of crisp green apple, citrus oil, wet stones and fresh bread, it’s medium to full-bodied, pillow-y and incisive, with a pretty mousse and a bright spine of acidity.
