Description
This latest release from the Liberator range is a delightful Cinsault Rosé made from an old vineyard planted in 1954. Made in the saigneé method when the original producer was concentrating a red made from the large cinsault berries. A smart individual decide to bottle the 100 litres drawn off and fermented it to dry.
