Description
Wild & Wilder is all about good clean fun. Working hand in hand with their merry (in a good season) band of growers, they craft wines of supreme quality but don’t take it all too seriously. Great fruit, grown by great people and made with a lot of love by people that know that wine is all about the good times, delicious food and creating great memories. The Tabula Rasa (latin for ‘clean slate’) is different with every vintage, though always based around old vine grenache. The wine is made in a juicy ‘glou glou’ style with emphasis on making a refreshing drinkable wine.
Tasting Note
Juicy red fruit with a slight earthiness. A refreshing wine, which in its 50cl bottle with crown cap, is all about drinking in the now.
