Description
Tandem ‘Ars In Vitro’ is made from 80% Tempranillo and 20% Merlot. Winemakers José and Alicia are two of the leading lights in the Navarra winemaking scene. The grapes for this wine are cultivated in the heart of the Yerri valley which is recognised as the best area for quality wine in the region. They have utmost respect for nature and follow sustainable viticulture while maintaining the vineyards health and viability. The winery is low intervention which ensures the grapes reflect their true character and terroir. The wine is aged for 24 months in concrete without anytime in oak – the resulting wine has a powerful expression of the terroir. Mineral and with intense red fruit flavours of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry which are underpinned by hints of violet.
Pair to roast lamb or casseroles, and also any hearty Spanish tapas.
