Description
Pierre Cotton is a young winemaker based on the slopes of the Mont Brouilly. He started working on his family’s domaine in 2014, before taking full control from his father in 2017. He has since extended the domaine with vineyards in Régnié and Beaujolais added to his holdings in Brouilly and the Côte de Brouilly. All the vineyards are farmed organically. In the winery it is 100% carbonic maceration in concrete tanks before maturation in large old foudres barrels in the cellar. He does not add any sulfites in his wine making. The Côte de Brouilly is from old vines on a South-facing slope.
