Description

Pheasant’s Tears Poliphonia (often spelled Polyphonia) is made from a field blend of 417 of the estimated 525 autochthonous red and white varieties in Georgia. They come from a small vine library in Kakheti. Matured in a qveri, this wine has bags of fresh dark fruit. Incredibly moreish, this wine is a perfect step off into the unusual.
