Description
Man Meets Mountain Malbec is a celebration of the wonders of altitude on the growth of rich and flavoursome Malbec grapes. The high altitude vineyards around Mendoza in the foothills of the Andes, offer both intense sunshine and a large diurnal temperature range, which allows the grapes to cool down at night. The cooling down of the grapes is important, as they can fix both colour and flavour without becoming too jammy and over ripe.
