Winemaker Carlos Lucas first and foremost a farmer but now a very talented winemaker with 25 plus experience across Portugal. He started the Magnum estate 15 years ago on an ancient property. This wine doesn’t see any oak and is a blend of Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta Roriz. This is a fresh and fruity Portuguese wine that has perfumes of black mulberry, blackberries and a touch of pine needle. Fresh and young with a sweet but elegant palate.
Pair to Portuguese cuisine such as duck rice, oven baked cod and cured meats.
