The Cabernet Franc hails from a plot in the incredibly special Bridge Pa Triangle appellation of Hawkes Bay. The fruit is handpicked and fermented as whole berries before settling in French oak barrels for 10 months.
Concentrated and crunchy, yet elegant and fresh.
