Description
Ferrer Bobet was established by two friends, Sergi Ferrer-Salat and Raül Bobet, with the aim to produce wines to reflect the region of Porrera in Priorat. The vines are planted almost exclusively on slate soils, known locally as llicorella, which are a feature of only the top vineyards in the Priorat and which play such a key part in the unique personality of these wines.
This cuvée is made from a blend of 48% Carignan, 22% Garnacha, 23% Syrah and 7 % Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, 60% new, for 12 months.
