This wine is named after the oak forests which surround Emiliana’s Colchagua home, Los Robles. Coyam is the ultimate expression of this estate and a is a field blend of their best selection. A third of the blend is Carmenere which is classically fruity with a leafy edge. The palate is deep and expressive of the blend with a tightly grained oak structure. Rich and packed with complex fruit character. This wine needs grilled red meats, or food with a spicy sauce. Decant before serving in Bordeaux style glasses.
